The center of the hitch pin hole on the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 is about 5-5/8" behind the face of the mounting plate for your spare tire which means your tire can't sit more than 2-7/8" out from the mounting plate in order for you to be able to use the StageTwo.

We have three different Roadmaster Spare Tire Carriers to choose from. None of them have been specifically tested on a Tiffin Midas since this is not a vehicle or trailer specific product. As long as you have a 2" or 2-1/2" receiver on the back of your motorhome you will be able to use the spare tire carrier. You will also want to check to see what wheels are compatible. What you can do is use a swing away extender and then add a hitch-mounted spare tire carrier. For that I recommend going with the Saris Swing Away Hitch Extender # SAR36VR with the etrailer Spare Tire Mount for Hitch # e98ZR.

To be able to haul a spare tire and still be able to fold up your Blue Ox tow bar into the stowed position you'll need the Roadmaster Spare Tire Mount # RM-195125. The spare tire carrier has a release pin to pivot the tire down for easier loading/unloading that you'll need to utilize in order to be able to fold your tow bar up into the stowed position. Airstreams typically have small tongues but if you have the space you could install the Demco Spare Tire Mount # DM15851-76. This clamps on to the trailer frame at the tongue giving you space for the hitch mounted carrier in the back. If not, you could also just get a weld-on receiver tube # 337RT25808B and weld it to the top of the bumper off to the side so that it doesn't interfere with the other carrier.

That is a good question, James. Having a different load rating or PSI rating for your spare tire is fine as long as you don't have too far to go, and you are using it for a spare only. Ideally, the spare would be identical to the rest of the tires as far as PSI and load rating. Using different tires long term can cause uneven tire wear or sway issues and it can decrease ride quality. You will want to use the same tire size for a spare on your 2024 Coleman Lantern. If the appearance doesn't matter to you then you could use the Karrier ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" White Wheel # AM32181.
